Frequently asked questions

How do I receive my files?

Right after payment, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to your email. You can download your files again at any time from that email.

Do I need Photoshop?

No. Every bundle includes the Mockup Maker, a small tool that runs offline in your browser: choose a scene, upload your design and download the finished PNG. The layered files also work in Photoshop, Photopea (free), Affinity, GIMP and Canva.

Can I use the mockups commercially?

Yes. You can use finished mockup images in shop listings (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Redbubble and others), ads, social media and client work. You may not resell or share the mockup files themselves.

Are the images really original?

Yes. Every scene is created in our studio: no stock photos, no AI-generated images and no real brands or logos. That keeps your listings safe on every marketplace.

What resolution are the files?

Every scene is 2000 x 2000 px, which is ideal for marketplace listings, which usually recommend 2000 px or more.

Can I get a refund?

Because the files are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once the download is made available. Your consent to this is requested in the cart. If a file is damaged or doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
