Shipping Policy

Mockora sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs and no delivery waiting times.

How you receive your files

• Instantly: your download link is available as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• By email: you also receive the link at the email address you entered at checkout.
• Format: each bundle is a ZIP file containing layered PNG files (2000 x 2000 px), placement data, the Mockup Maker tool and a how-to guide.
• Worldwide: digital delivery works in every country we sell to.

Payment checks

Some payments are reviewed by the payment provider before they are confirmed. In that case, your download link is sent as soon as the payment is approved, usually within a few minutes and at the latest within 24 hours.
